We generate our income through the supplier with whom we confirm your booking. We may charge a consultancy fee for enquiries of a complex nature, which will be payable before our research is carried out and deducted from your initial deposit if and when you confirm your trip. Only in the event of post booking changes or cancellation, may we need to charge additional fees. Refer to our terms of business for details.

Wherever possible our preferred method of payment is direct bank transfer (BACS). Please ask about our policy on credit and debit card payments.

We would be delighted to assist your friends and family with their holiday plans but respectfully ask you clients not to share our contact details directly. We accept new clients by referral or invitation only so please contact us in the first instance or direct potential new clients to our contact form.

For problems which can’t be resolved by the hotel/accommodation management, notify the tour operator or ground handler for assistance. Their contact details will be included within your travel documentation. Notify your travel insurance provider as soon as possible. Absolutely! We secure your holiday arrangements in a way which maintains full financial protection on all bookings. Client monies are paid directly into The Global Travel Group client trust account, meaning your funds are fully protected against insolvency at all times and can only be used to pay for the arrangements. Additionally, all flight inclusive holiday packages are ATOL protected. The ATOL scheme protects consumers if their travel organiser should fail by ensuring that consumers are not stranded abroad and will not lose money paid to the travel organiser for holiday packages and flights.
